Full Description
Grown in carefully selected vineyards across southern Sardinia, this Vermentino thrives in a warm Mediterranean climate tempered by coastal influence. The result is a wine that is vibrant and expressive, combining fresh aromatics with crisp acidity and a clean, mineral finish. On the nose, Prendas shows delicate floral aromas, citrus fruit and subtle Mediterranean herbs. The palate is dry and refreshing, with bright acidity, subtle salinity and hints of green apple and pear. Balanced and food-friendly, it’s a wine made to be enjoyed at the table as much as on its own.

Winemaking & Production
After careful selection, the grapes are gently pressed and the must is clarified using cold static decanting. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures using selected yeasts to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. The wine is aged on fine lees to enhance texture while maintaining its vibrant character.
