Vermentino Grape

Sardinia's most famous flagship white grape variety. Typically light-medium bodied and very floral with notes of spiced and green apple. The perfect comparison for this grape would be in between a high quality Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc.

Nuragus Grape

Nuragus predominantly comes from Cagliari, the capital city of Sardinia. The Nuragus grape has a long history on the island with evidence linking it to plantings by the Phoenicians. A light bodied, sophisticated and citrus driven white grape variety.

Nasco Grape

Nasco is one of the oldest white grape varieties grown in Sardinia. This beautiful white grape variety maintains the perfect balance of sweetness but overall dry. Notes of honey and dry fruits yet buttery and full bodied with an almond finish.

Chardonnay Grape

The Chardonnay grape itself is usually neutral. Many of the flavours commonly associated with Chardonnay are derived from such influences as terroir and oak. The Sardinian climate enhances the floral freshness and fruity notes of this Brut sparkling Chardonnay. A great addition to your elegant occasions.

A Blend of Local White Grapes

A blend of the best local Sardinian grapes. 'Indicazione Geografica Tipica' (IGT) is the stamp of approval, intended to provide a tier above the basic Vino da Tavola (VdT) for quality wines.

Dessert Wine

This Passito dessert wine is made from the widespread Muscat grape variety, the same variety found all over southern France as Muscat Blanc a Petit Grains. However the Sardinian soil and climate give this grape it's unique flavour profile found only in Sardinia. Silky smooth, soft and sumptuous with a finish of dried fruit, apricot, small roasted fruits and delicate spices.
