Rosada is Cantina di Dolianova’s expression of Cannonau in rosé form — a wine that combines freshness and elegance with the gentle warmth typical of Sardinia’s most important red grape.

Produced from carefully selected Cannonau grapes grown in southern Sardinia, Rosada captures the island’s Mediterranean character while remaining light, vibrant and refreshing. It’s a rosé designed for versatility, equally suited to relaxed aperitifs and food at the table.

On the nose, it offers delicate red berry aromas with hints of wild strawberry and floral notes. The palate is dry and crisp, with lively acidity balanced by subtle fruit richness and a clean, refreshing finish. Fresh without being sharp, and expressive without heaviness.

This is a rosé that reflects its origin — sunlit, food-friendly and unmistakably Sardinian.

The grapes are gently pressed to extract delicate colour and fresh aromatics. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures to preserve brightness and purity, resulting in a rosé that balances freshness with subtle structure and depth.
