Shipping & Delivery Policy

General Information

All orders are shipped directly from our partner winery in Sardinia, Italy. We work with trusted logistics partners and use reinforced packaging specifically designed for transporting wine safely.

All wines are sold in cases of 6 bottles unless part of a curated bundle.


Delivery Regions

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • European Union countries

If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship to your location.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • European Union: 5–8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

European Union

  • Standard shipping: €9.99
  • Free shipping on orders over €150

United Kingdom

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size and destination.

Typical delivery pricing starts from:

  • 1 case: from €24.99
  • 2 cases: from €34.98

Larger UK orders benefit from a lower shipping cost per bottle.

All duties, import taxes, and customs charges are fully covered by us.


European Union Duties & Taxes

As orders are shipped within the European Union, no additional import duties or customs charges apply.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

We reserve the right to charge for redelivery or deduct shipping and return costs from any refund.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.


Risk & Ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
