All wines are sold in cases of 6 bottles, unless part of a curated bundle.


Where do your wines come from?
All wines are sourced directly from our partner winery in Sardinia and shipped directly to you.

Where do you ship to?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and all European Union countries.


How long does delivery take?

  • EU: 5–8 business days
  • UK: 7–10 business days

How much does shipping cost?
For UK customers shipping starts from €24.99 per order, with reduced cost per case when ordering multiple cases.


Will I be charged customs or import fees?

UK customers:
No — all duties and import taxes are covered by us. The price you see at checkout is final.

EU customers:
No — there are no import charges within the EU.


How is the wine packaged?
All orders are shipped in reinforced protective packaging designed specifically for wine.


Can I track my order?
Yes — tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.



Payments

What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are displayed in Euros (€).


How do UK customers pay?
Payments are processed in Euros. Your bank or PayPal will automatically convert the amount into GBP at checkout.



Returns & Issues

Can I return my order?
We do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.


What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


What if a wine is faulty?
If you believe a wine is faulty, please contact us and we will assess the issue.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled shortly after being placed, before processing begins.


Can I change my order after placing it?
