A: Head office & customer service opening hours are Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:00pm.

Returns & Refunds

What is your Returns Policy?

Unless items are damaged or broken upon delivery, you are unable to return items purchased via Sarda Wines 

 

My Product is broken/damaged, how do I get a replacement?

If some or all of the bottles in the case are damaged or broken when they are delivered, you should notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide us with photos that show the proof of damage and can share these with us via email via sardawines@outlook.com . When contacting us, please provide your name, order number and details of broken items with photo evidence attached.

We currently accept Credit cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay & PayPal.
